I am an accomplished Neurologist with extensive international experience and proficiency in multiple languages. My neurology residency at the esteemed University Hospital of Freiburg in Germany, known for its academic excellence, has been foundational to my expertise. Throughout my residency, I immersed myself in diverse neurological rotations covering general neurology, epilepsy, neuroinflammatory disorders like Multiple Sclerosis, neurodegenerative conditions such as Parkinson’s Disease and Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis, and neurocognitive disorders, including dementia and Alzheimer’s Disease. I have also developed specialized skills in managing headaches, fatigue, neuroinfectious disorders like meningitis and Lyme Disease, and peripheral neurological issues like carpal tunnel syndrome and spinal disc herniation.

Wealth of international experience, intertwined with the realm of psychiatry and specialised proficiency in diagnostics

Complementing my clinical knowledge, I pursued further education in diagnostics and electrophysiology, including electroencephalography (EEG), electroneurography (ENG), electromyography (EMG), sensitive/motor evoked potentials (SEP/MEP), and extra-/intracranial Sonography. My expertise in EEG and epilepsy underwent further refinement through the training program at the Groupe Hospitlalier Universitaire (GHU) Sainte Anne in Paris, France.

Beyond neurology, I devoted considerable time to psychiatry, gaining insights through internships in psychiatry and forensic psychiatry at the Centre Hospitalier Neuropsychiatrique (CHNP) in Ettelbrück, Luxembourg and working for the Ministry of Social-Psychiatric Services in Berlin, Germany. My medical thesis, exploring the intricate link between emotions and health at hormonal, cellular, molecular, and genetic levels, heightened my awareness of the profound impact of emotions on well-being. Recognizing the integral role of psychiatric considerations in neurology, I approach patient care holistically, understanding that psychiatric disorders may manifest as an organic brain disease or coexist with neurological conditions.

My professional journey extends into diverse areas, including further experience in transgender medicine, andrology, and extracorporeal shockwave therapy (ESWT). Since 2022, I have served as a consultant neurologist in Sweden, contributing my skills to both the private and public healthcare sectors.
